Cancellation

If you need to cancel a booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

You can cancel your reservation at no extra cost until 4 weeks before the meeting. If you cancel later than that, we will charge you 50% of the agreed price.

If you need to reduce the number of participants, you can do so by up to 10% until 24 hours before the meeting at no extra cost. Please inform us as soon as possible.
